Ramsay Lake Waterfront Home

Full remodel of existing first floor of waterfront home located on Ramsay Lake in Edgewater, MD. The space was transformed removing existing walls to to open up the view towards the waterfront allowing a fresh open fell to enjoy the views. The kitchen was redesigned to allow for functionality with new cabinetry, appliances, countertops, corner pantry and prep area. Living room features new floor to ceiling sliders, built in gas fireplace with accented tile wall and all new wood flooring.

Hardwood flooring installed throughout the home with new hardi plank siding, low e glass windows, and attention to detail throughout.

We raised the roof on this original 1930 Sears built cottage in West Annapolis creating a stunning four bedroom, three full bath chic cottage.
